Our philosophy, “ONE with Nature, ONE in Luxury,” encapsulates the essence of Redwood Lakeside. We’ve created a space where the beauty of nature seamlessly integrates with the comforts of modern living. Here’s what makes Redwood Lakeside special:

  • Prime Location: Situated in the well-developed Choeng Thale area of Phuket, residents enjoy both the serenity of nature and the convenience of urban amenities.
  • Thoughtful Design: Our community features beautifully landscaped pathways surrounding a lake, a welcoming community center, and even co-working spaces for the modern professional.
  • Rich Heritage: The architectural features and public spaces pay homage to Choeng Thale’s fascinating history, which is closely linked to the tin mining industry.
  • Sustainable Living: We’ve incorporated eco-friendly materials and modern smart home technologies to create a space that’s perfect for both relaxation and productivity.

At Redwood Lakeside, we’re not just building homes; we’re crafting a community that prioritizes health, sustainable development, and a deep connection with nature. It’s a place where you can wake up to panoramic views, take a stroll by the lake, and end your day knowing you’re part of something truly special.

Construction Progress of Villas and Community Center: Key Milestones

Our villa and community center project is progressing steadily, and we’re pleased to share the latest updates. Recently, we completed the concrete pouring for the first floor of the community center, marking a major milestone in the construction. Prior to this stage, several essential preparatory steps were accomplished to ensure the quality and stability of the building.

Work Completed Before Pouring the First Floor

  1. Site Preparation and Ground Leveling

The initial phase involved clearing and leveling the construction site to create a stable foundation and prevent any ground shifts that could impact the building’s integrity.

  1. Excavation and Foundation Trenching

After site preparation, excavation began to create the trenches for the foundation and underground utilities. This step was crucial to set up a solid base for the structure and prepare for the foundation work.

  1. Foundation Laying

Once the site was excavated, the foundation was poured. This step is critical, as the foundation supports the entire building, ensuring its durability and stability. Special attention was given to selecting the right concrete mix and reinforcing it to enhance the structure’s strength.

  1. Installation of Underground Utilities

During this phase, underground utilities were installed, including electrical wiring, water supply, and sewage lines. This approach minimizes the need for further infrastructure work later on and ensures seamless utility functioning once construction is completed.

  1. Waterproofing and Preparation for First Floor Pouring

With the foundation and utilities in place, waterproofing was applied to protect the structure from moisture—especially important in tropical climates to extend the building’s lifespan.

First Floor Concrete Pouring of the Community Center

With the first floor now poured, we have taken a significant step forward. This stage was completed with careful attention to the quality of the concrete mix, reinforcement selection, and adherence to building standards, ensuring the community center’s reliability and durability as it becomes a central space for gatherings and activities.

We are committed to preserving the natural surroundings and contributing positively to the local ecosystem.
